6.0 truck motor LS conversion
I'm sure this is on the forum somewhere but i cannot find it
I have a 6.0 iron block motor out of an 2003 2500 chevy truck that i am converting to LS intake. Need to know what i have to do to relocate alternator to clear intake. I think i need a different water pump too? Using Vintage ac. compressor mounted on lower passenger side
Any help would be greatly appreciated

i believe there are some running F-body accessory mounts and shimming them out to meet the water pump. I am making my own alternator mount its all the way down at the bottom- power steering on the passenger side! THere are several custom mounts for this online for sale, none i think look that great, but they are out there.

I have some pics of what I did, first with a stock DBC TB then with a FAST on an LS3 intake with truck fead.

Kwik performance and Holley both make accessory kits that will work with the existing truck belt spacing (water pump and crank pulley).
Hard to believe a search didn't turn up those options for you.
