Default Just another LS notch #racestatus

Hey guys im all new to this and the muscle car world. I was an import drag guy than up and sold everything and picked up this pristine notch and an putting a turbo ls into it. excuse me for any noob stuff lol.
going to be a fun street strip car. 8.50s and maybe some class racing who knows. im the 3rd owner of the car it has 54 thousand original miles and it was a florida car before it went to indy. I even have a lot of the documents from when it was new. was a 4cyl 5 speed base model with manual everything which I wanted lol. car came with a well done cage in it an sn95 rear axle . 5 lug front with weld bigs and smalls. ed quay wing and a couple other things. he also had a built 5.3 for the car that I bough off him as well when I bought the car so I was off to a real good start

so here is my integra that I went through many fazes with

heres the notch I drove all the way from Ct to indy to pick up from a friend of mine.

was starting to drizzle

was a long trip about 12hrs each way. did the whole trip in 30 hours

was a fun but exhausting trip. when I unloaded at home

had to throw the rear window and chute on to get a new picture

heres the motor stuff

probably going to add a couple more bars to the cage and make a better seat mount. I hate these racecraft mounts

I have a problem with not leaving well enough alone.

painted all the interior trim.

since I want to be able to have this as a street car as well the wife requested heat. which I fought against but then I realized those late fall nights at the track I can just defrost my windshield instead of wiping it lol so I went through the interior harness to remove things I didn't need and leave the heat blinkers lights and stuff like that. needles to say what a pita as the harness came in a box and I had no clue what plugs went where\

its very nice to have swing out bars

making a template for a new rear deck as the stock one has holes for seatbelts and speakers

love these wheels

Looks like it. That's my favorite color too. Mine should be close to running status. Just a few little things left, and a lot of wiring lol.

just be careful on adding bars, my friends car could not get re certified due to the added bars. I think it was due to the welding, not location.

heat is a nice thing to have, it's mostly for my windshield not to fog up. Plus I left my a/c, I like to cruise. Car looks great so far. good luck

Very nice looking car. Did you buy that wiper motor or do that yourself?
