The GN was my last project. 35,000 mile car with bolt ons and a th400 ended up with a best of 10.90 @121. but it's going back to stock now.

The Pinto should be about 2600 without me. I'm at 2120 with full interior long block and 8.8 rear. add the trans, radiator, fuel cell/fuel system, roll cage (chrome moly), and all the other bs I figure add 500lbs. but I removed the crash bars from the doors, still have the fold down back seat, steel rear bumper reinforcement, undercoating, and misc brackets etc. so who knows.

Thought I would update my thread.
I couldn't reverse the truck manifolds so I'm going to spray it for now.

To much but not enough. About 3-4. I really needed to have the coil pack holes welded up again but I'll wait until the car is running and touch them up one last time.

DAMN! Those valve covers look better than any aftermarket covers I've seen. Polishing the front engine cover is a nice touch too. Well done!

Thanks everyone,
My goal is to have it done, tuned and tested by the LSX Shootout in October and bring it down. Looks like a great time.

That's an awesome project! There's a fellow around my area that has a Turbo Volvo 2.3 in his Pinto. It's quite surpising.

Ohh **** not a pinto! I love it. It would make for a great drag car.

The polished parts look awesome. Did you do it. It looks like a ton of work!!

Wow, that's a cool project. I always wanted a Vega or a Pinto Pangra.
