Everyone else stay out of the thread.
If you have put an LSX ina foxbody with a stock K member, I want pics and stories.
I KNOW THE TUBULAR MEMBERS are easier....I'ma cheap **** that owns a welder and cutting tools...so I want some real world advice from soemone who has done it with a stock k member...
I dont see why its not possible..

Don't even have to search for this one...
https://ls1tech.com/forums/conversio...-mounts-2.html
Its a few threads down, come on....
I don't mean to be a dick but this is the most done swap out here, theres a thread about how to mount it at least 2-3 times a week.

Well I've asked and searched before. I got answersn like"You have to swap k memebers" "quit being a cheap ****" Or "hey look I made my own mounts!!!!" followed with dead links to the pictures......
So thank you for actually being helpful.

No worries. Only thing I'd say is that I'm not ENTIRELY sure about the oil pan placement with regards to the stock K member. With all the pan options in the GM catalog now, I really don't think you should have a problem though.

I've read a few people talking aobut notching out the k-member at the back edge under the pan.. Should be easy and I can fill any voids I create with some stock and the welder...
