1937 Ford LS2 Install
It turned out better than Birmingham actually. There was some breeze, and we found some trees to sit under.....they split folks up and parked some groups about six blocks away from the vendor trailers. Some folks were pissed about it, but what could you do?

start another build kwhizz, thanks for inspiring me and others with your build. i hope its not the end. if ur wife n budget allows, start another build, im tuned in. as of yet i have nothing else to look forward to(my build is complete). i followed your build when my build was at a stand still. if it is the end, thanks. meanyellowz is all we have left in conversion/hybrid build section. he puts them out all the time.

Update........Had a couple of issues that needed to be resolved, the main one being the cooling fan that ran continuously....I took the easy way out and bought a Spal programmable variable speed fan controller......Worked out pretty good as we were able to tap into the stock factory temp sending unit and the Trinary switch for the A/C and calibrated the unit to work with the factory voltage settings.......which also kept the GTO temp gauge in the dash operating correctly.........Pretty Cool........

We went to Des Moines last week for the Good Guys Heartland Nationals, decided to go at the last minute.......again.....the car didn't miss a beat..running about 80 mph the car averaged 20 mpg........bumped into LS1Nova (Eric) as he came in his 33 Ford..........

Ken, I watched for this car at every stop on Power Tour. I never did see it in person. I hope to in the future. Plenty of time to plan for Power Tour 2011! Beautiful build and I have really enjoyed following it along, thanks for sharing.

The evolution continues...........Changed the front springs and messed with the rear a little to get the car to sit a little lower (trying to get away from the 4 wheel drive look).....we're gaining on her......LOL
