And I get a lot of questions on my power steering hoses... I used a 2002 camaro high press hose (with some bends in the rack end straightened out) and a 98ish s-10 return "nipple" with 3/8 high pressure line to the resivoir. Hope this helps! Got it all at rock auto....

**NOTE- this will only work if you swap in a newer saginaw box with metric fittings (IROC/jeep) My box is the 91 1LE camaro unit

well "stock" is a realitive term.. I ran an 8ga wire to the pump in my original build. Replacing the stock rock auto pump with the walbro 255 should be enough, but I added the voltage booster just to be safe, because with the boost refrenced fuel press regulator the pump is seeing almost 70 psi @ WOT.
but I only added the voltage booster when I went to 10 psi.. at the 6 psi the maggie kit came pullied to, the 255 was plenty. your wiring should be fine for the 255...

I would measure your voltage at the battery and then at the pump and see if it drops more than .5 volts the walbro should be good to 600 flywheel HP without a voltage booster

it gave me a small dent in the hood, didn't break paint.. but it could of been way worse.. if I was on my motorcycle we may not be talking about it.. so I feel very lucky...

I just finished watching the Power Tour and kept my eyes open for your car. Did you make it to the GM proving grounds? I seen a car just like yours leading the pack there. If you can tell me how to host it on YouTube I will do my best to do so. I am going to do my best to jump in on the tour next year.
