I did a performabuilt stage 2 4l60 with a 3000 stall!how do you like the newer steering box?alot better?tighter

Yea, I looked at that trans, but at 500rwhp I would always be worrying about the 4l60... 4l80 is peace of mind for me. The new steering box was night and day over the old one (although it was manual vs power as well) , now I'm lowering the car, adding tubular a-arms, big discs all the way around and 17's 225 ft/ 275 rear.. shold have some pic's/updates soon.

Do what steering box u go with???what are u doing for disk breaks??

I got a reman box for a 89 iroc with the perfomance handling pkg. For brakes I have ls1 camaro disks for all 4 corners. Its amazing how similar the ls1 stuff looks/functions like the Baer brake kits (twin piston floting aluminum caliper and bigger rotor) for a fraction of the cost.

Love the rims!!that's similar to what I want for my car!what size u go with???I will check into that steering and brake setup!sounds like the way to go for sure!

I think the rims are perfect size,enough tire and not to much rims!!what size are they??what size tire?

I made the bracket out of some angle iron.

The wheels are 17x9.5 with 5.5" of BS
tires are 275/40/17
