i dont see why you would need different hard lines, probably longer flex lines which you can make yourself with the right fittings. pro touring fbody has some nic wilwood kits for a decent price, including the modified spindles

Well, I finally got my sub-frame back home ready to go and it looks booty good. Hopefully I can start putting it back together tomorrow, buy the frame mounts, sit the motor and tranny on it and sell the ls1 k member so I can clear it out of my way. I also picked up a good set of front and rear set of calipers and rotors from a c5 vette with about 12k miles on them. I need to order the c5 conversion kit from kore3 and the hard lines for the brakes. Let the fun begin.

Ok my sub-frame is back home with me and it looks good, could have been much better, but I'm touching it up anyways. Got the Energy Suspension body bushings on them just so that they are there ready to go. Got the upper control arms on there and was about to do the lowers, but I came across a little issue. The bolts and nuts for the lowers are two different types and could not figure out which bolts to put where. Two of them are smaller and have a nut with a washer attached to it, the other two are just a bolt and a nut. I took some pictures of this and the sub-frame.

Just got off the phone and ordered the c5/c6 brake kit from Kore3 for the fronts, should be here by the weekend, can't wait. And damn its getting dark earlier now, that sucks, I just got home ordered the kit and its dark outside already. Not good for progress.

Thanks. Slowly but surely its getting done. I'm thinking about taking a week off of work(paid) at the end of this month or the beginning of December to make some real progress on this thing.
That build should be sick. I would love to have an LS3 in one of my cars, but an LS1 does just fine, for now.

I'm putting a LS1 into my 73 Camaro. I looked at the Car Shop web site and couldn't figure which engine adapter plates will work for me. I'm going to run the Dynatech headers. I'm thinking I need the 1 inch set back plates.
Do have the Car shop part #?
Thanks.
