Thanks. Although, I did not get the calipers or rotors from them(not installed yet), I got them used but in excellent condition. The set up does look good and the brackets and hubs feels solid and strong, so they should hold up very good.

Now I need to get some brake pads so that can be finished up, then I'll start on the steering linkage. I will try to get more pictures as progress goes.

Thanks, I actually had a small delay today with finishing the brakes. I just realized that I was missing the abundment pads, I think thats what they are called, they hold the brake pads in place. So will have to order those from Kore3 and get to work on the other stuff needed. Sway bar can go in as well.

On a bright side, all the steering linkage is installed. Tomorrow I need to find out whats needed to complete the calipers so I can order them at once.

I never tried askking the guys at summit, but again most of the help has been from the ls1tech people, bunch of knowledgeable guys. When I did call them about the Trans-Dapt plates they were kinda lost, called Trans-Dapt and they were worst, not a clue on what I needed or what mounts I was talking about.

I'm right around 3700 to 4000 with everything you have seen on this thread. I already spent almost the same amount on replacement parts that I paid for the car and motor/tranny and everything else that came with it.

I went ahead and ordered some replacement parts for the calipers, some pins, dust boots, some weird clips, and bolts to be exact. I need to call kore3 and order the abutment bracket for the pads. Didn't have access to a grinder over the weekend so couldn't get started on the firewall.

Any update's? I got my front clip on, and a few gauges mounted. Now I got to find some interior parts. I have RECARO seat's, can seem to find any info, on them, and door panels. Think this was a rare car!

Not much progress really, had family staying here for the hoildays and then some since the 22nd so didn't want to be out there much, plus didn't have much time either. I did finally get the abuntment brackets for the brake pads, the brake pads, and some hardware that was needed. Had to get some bushings for the ws6 as well, tried taking the power steering pump off it but broke the small lip on the pulley, so that one needs some work on it too.

Thanks, its been a while already. If you want to get the c5 setup you'll neeed at least 17" rims up front, c6z would be sweet but they are big money and need at least 18" rims.

Quick update, not much has been done but last two days I got some things done. Started grinding away on the firewall and paint it with the gray por-15, that stuff works awesome with just a thin coat. Went back to grind and paint some more today and put a second coat on what I painted yesterday. At the end I was picking up tools and picked up the grinder and knocked over the por15 an most of it spilled Hopefully I'll have enough to finish the firewall at least.

I also went ahead and plugged in the wiring harness for the engine but need to figure out what to do with the rest of the harness.

Anyone have an idea of how that needs to be wired up? I'm talking about the part that includes the relay box and abs stuff.

What about a fuel tank? Cell?

Sounds good man. I need to get my brake lines, master, and booster so that I can get the subframe back on the car. The help I might need will be the fuel system(maybe) and how to wire it all up(for sure lol) to where I can everything workiing properly.

BTW, what fuel tank and pump did you use?

Haha, yeah I would like to get some but its pretty much the same, except for the firewall being stripped of the old paint and grime and the motor sitting in the subframe with the wiring on it. I had to place another order of the gray por-15 after I spilled it because it got contaminated and hardened up inside the can. Also ordered brake lines for it as well.
