Got a question for u guys,my new Holley dominator efi does not have a plug for the alternator,so I need to figure out which pins of the plug I need to send 12v to get it to work! My alternator is from a 1997 corvette!

HEY.... question for you.... what angle is on you engine tranny drive shaft... im getting different stories on where it should be..
some say 0-1 degree which causes you to cut your tunnel..
some say 3-5 degree which is the stock 1st gen angle
both say it will cause a vibration... what are you using.....
and did you have to cut your tunnel
and do you get any vibration above 70 mph.

This engine angle subject has been talked about over and over.. Rear Pinion angle is part of what you need to know and set the Engine angle to. Just setting the Engine angle to 2-4 degree might not be the best thing.. but it usually is in the Ball Park as far as where to start.
Suggest you research "setting engine and rear pinion angle" both here on the forum and Google'ing it. Unless you are building on a Steel platform designed for building cars.. too mary variables will come into play once the car is completely build and road ready that will might possibly change the level and angles of the car/engine/trans and rear pinio/drive shaft angles.

Did you get your answer? If not there is or was a wire(i think brown) that used to run to your external voltage regulator that you can use to turn on the alternator. If not you will need a wire that is hot (key on only). I wouldnt worry if its hot during startup. Now to find out what the pinout is of your alternator. If I read correctly its #15 in your red connector, circuit number 225 and it should be red in color. Do you have a red wire in the factory alternator plug? If so that should be the only wire it takes to cut the alternator on.

Mark at street and performance told me
Alternator
D-12 v post on back of alternator.
C-12v key on power source!
Then another forum member told mePin D is voltage sense usually goes to battery.
Pin C is field control goes to PCM so PCM can control alt output. (C2/11)
Pin B is lamp control. On stock setup is goes to PCM (C2/77)
If you're running it non-PCM controlled can just use pin B to the lamp. If not using a lamp put a resistor inline to switched +12; 560 ohm 1/2 watt will do the trick.

Well guys I got a new toy for the camaro!!!!
Kenne Bell 2.8L “H” Big Bore blower with both stock Corvette (ported though) and Camaro Mammoth. NIck williams polished 90mm and 102mm DBW throttle bodies. Lower and upper manifolds with intercooler.
LFE 2003 Cobra heat exchanger, Bosch pump which has more capacity than what KB supplies, and a 3 gallon Jaz cell as well as the stock KB reservoir.
Methanol system which is a Snow Performance, Labonte controller from 6-25 psi, and a Alky control line kit.

Well that's a big part of why I went with the Holley dominator efi,I can change pulley size for what boost I want, change my timing and let the Holley dominator self learn fuel tables!getting to a tuner or dyno around here is a bit of a drive and expensive!

This is ridiculous. I don't have any idea what you're going to do with that much power. During our 2 days of winter I was spinning at 70 with my cold drag radials and my lowly van motor. T snow's got that big ***, high comp. stoker motor so he can't handle it. I submit that I test the blower this summer, to make sure that none of that pretty silver paint gets scrathed.
