Thanx. Wiring has held this car up for a LONG time.

I was going to send it off and get it done but decided to read up on it and do it myself, just took me awhile.

Looks like you had your hands full on the wiring job but it came out great. I like your boost solenoid set up I plan on doing something very similar to that.

Thanks.

Ideally you would want the pressure sensor as close or plumbed directly to the wastegate its self if possible. Since I have twins it made things a bit more complicated plumbing wise.

My co2 setup should be here tomorrow so I can finish plumbing that up and try and figure out the PID's.

A few more upgrades/fixes.

I was having issues bleeding all the air out of the system due to the top of the radiator being lower then the vapor block so I had the guys at D3 Performance fab up a surge tank/ higher fill point.

Also had them fab up one of their custom catch cans, replaced all the pushlock plastic vacuum lines with -3 braided lines, and some other small things.

Once everything was done fabrication wise Chris Delgado was working his magic on the dyno but ran into a few issues. First off my alternator took a dump in the middle of a pull so we called it quits till I can get it swapped out.
Second Im getting MAJOR boost creep, I have 6 psi springs in the gates and it hit boost cut (18 psi) at roughly 5300 rpm. As is it made 549/631 with no timing in it.

Going to take care of the alternator next time Im home and figure out what Im gunna do to control boost, either twin 44mm's or 60mm's wastegates should do the trick.

Subscribing......any updates? VERY nice build!!

Twin 44mm WG's will dump a Lot of pressure! Handled my 402/T6-88mm turbo setup from 11-22psi without any creep what so ever to 949rw. (technically had a 44 & a 46)

Currently acquiring parts for a twin build myself so looking forward to seeing progress. My a2a is a twin bottom inlet, 3.5" top outlet and was very excited to seeing your idea for going between the top support & radiator. Current plans are to cut and remake a top radiator support such as most do when standing up the radiator in an F'body (as i did in mine as well). I may have to look into seeing if i could do this first. What diameter is the tube on yours if you please?

My favorite foxbody build and you have been very helpful with all the questions ive asked. Keep up the great job and updates. I am actually using your build as inspiration for my own build.
