That kinda mileage and fun is pushing me towards doing one for a dd. I don't think the 4 cyl will get 24 all the time will it?, lol...

Funny you mention that, my 4 cyl (2003 flex fuel version) gets 24-25mpg in town and 28-29mpg on the highway. Less on corn, but I would gladly give those numbers up for a high 11 second truck that averaged what I get in town!

Well I'm goin to have to re-design the PCV System, it's burning waaayyyy too much oil.

I'll have to check it out.

I redesigned the PCV and adjusted the Tune, runs alot better.

New Fender Tag..found it on Ebay..made out of aluminum.

I made it constant vent instead of vac lines into the Intake & Throttle Body. No issues, runs great.

As humble as you may be, dont ever get involved or hangout, or even give advice to individuals that are low life burned out meth heads/tweakers. It leads to nothing but trouble and harassment. These people have nothing in their life so all they know is how to hate on people and start ****, they have nothing to lose so they think they can rule the world. The easiest way is to just avoid them.
The way to beat them is to just document everything and keep yourself inline. I called the cops for a communicated threat, documented it to cover my *** and if I have to handle business I have a legit reason.

It'll be a bad day to show up to my house with a bad attitude. This is supposed to be fun car racin, but when you have fast stuff people want to hate and wreck it.

Oh I walked away a while ago..it's just funny to see all the **** talkin and to get called out consistantly by people that have an excuse every time..well I guess funny wouldnt describe it, more like monotonous. For over a year straight from them clowns it's been nothing but excuses. I guess I'm the only one that acknowledges them, everyone else ignores them.

I'm about to put a LS6 Intake on the S10..so 11's here I come..

Well the Heater Core is leaking..so the Dash is coming back out.

Since I have no intentions of running AC I'm looking into completely removing the whole HVAC Box in the Engine Bay and running a flat piece of aluminum with an interior mounted Blower Motor blowing through a Heater Core ducted into the factory HVAC Ducting. Standby for pics.

Well I figured out the tuning part on the MAF and spent 2 hours today dialing it in.

No doubt in my mind this truck as it is right now will run 11.9X..it's totally different.

And I may be gettin a LS6 Intake for it soon..

I went back to try my tune adjustment on the Dyno..



After Dynojet correction it's about 315/295.

80% humidity out today, 65*, last time we went it was 20% humidity, and about 50*..wish it was that again..lol.

The bottom-end picked up ALOT more power, it's smoother and higher. I figure this is good for about 11.9X in the 1/4, only one way to find out.

Bad ***!!! I just read through 16 pages lol...I'm thinking about doing a 1st gen S10 Blazer myself. I have a 99 Silverado with an LQ9 with P&P 243's, cam etc..I'm running an RPM level 6 4L60E with a PI 3800 stall. Thinking about putting a stock 5.3/4L60E drivetrain in my Silverado and putting the LQ9 drivetrain in the Blazer. Just having a hard time deciding if I wanna go with a TH350 or run the RPM trans. Plus trying to decide if I want to go carbed or FI. Who know but needles to say I have a combo right now that would be killer in a Blazer so I just need to decide which direction I want to go.

It's not hard to do EFI and set it up..I would run the 4L60E. I'm not having any issues out of mine.

Mine made them Dyno Numbers at 28* commanded timing on 89 gas, that is my street tune. 23-24 mpg city.

I want to get back on the dyno with some 93 in it and bump the timing up..I bet it gains a little bit..
