Looking good! When I did my S10 swap, all I had to do was elongate the bolt hole on the trans crossmember. I was also using a engery suspension poly mount, not sure if that makes a difference.

Lifting up the cab is a pretty good idea! I realized right away I couldn't stab in the engine and trans as an assembly. I ended up separating them and putting the trans in from below. Gonna try this next time.

Haha...it took me at least 90 seconds to interpret this. I was thinking passenger's head in the truck, along with...."why is their head so close to the heater box?!?!" And GRINDING!!!

Lol..all it took was a little dremel action with a burr..problem solved. Now I'm onto the wiring..
I took it out of the truck so I can sit in the house and enjoy the music, AC, and beer..

I guess it depends on what crossmember you have..all that matters is that it's working.

Man it was cake to get the cab off..4 bolts. The bed is already off so all I had to do was unbolt the Master Cylinder from the Booster and it was there.

Here is the Factory S10 Wiring Harness stripped down to what I need..I'll integrate this with the LS1 Wiring Harness I have and it'll all work together. I'll be using a Fuse Box out of a 1996 Camaro to run the PCM and Fans.

Well after some careful investigating and planning the new Poly Body Mounts were installed..the Cab was dropped back down to the original position..

I installed the wiring for the HVAC and ran it through the firewall.

Here is the finished Dash Harness ready to be installed..

Basically it's stock everything with the Radio intact, some things were re-wired to make it easier. It's setup with the OBD2 Connector, the wiring in the lower left is going to the F-body Auto Shifer that I picked up..it will have the N/S Switch and Reverse Lights fully functional. The wiring hanging next to that are pre-set leads to wire in a Tach. The white C220 Connector near the Fuse Box is what will be plugging into the Engine Harness, every Gauge is setup along with the TCC Lockup Wire for the Auto, aswell as the PCM 12v Fuel Relay Signal. The AC Request Signal Wire is in there so AC can be equipped in this truck..I dont plan on doing it yet. If I do, it'll be there.
