Well I kicked the *** out of the Starter and got back to work on it..I found two longer bolts, threaded them to M10x1.5, and put them in. There were enough threads left on the inner to grab it, the outer I had to put a nut on..

I dont **** around fellas..adapt, improvise, overcome.

Here is the Front Suspension all put back on..2" Drop Spindles in the front..

The Power Steering is tight..lol..

The Alternator will be going on the passengers side Head.. I had an extra Truck Idler Pulley and bolted it up. I'll make the Bracket soon, I'm using a Truck Alternator..

Lol flappers through the hood? I think think that would give the blue haired grandma sitting at the light next to him a heartattack, when he takes off. Lol

Well after several hours of wiring that makes you want to bang your head through the wall..all the wiring is back in the truck and the Engine Bay is fully setup to run the LS1 Engine..

The Fuse Box and PCM Tray were mounted and all wires ran and integrated with the stock Truck Harness, aswell as all power wires are on the Junction Block on the Firewall so the Battery will supply everything necessary with 12v. The C-105 Connector coming out of the Fuse Box will plug into the Engine Harness and will supply all necessary power to run the Engine & Transmission.

I bolted the Intake & Coils on and made a Throttle Cable Bracket..

It's a tight fit here on this side..the Coils might have to come off to remove/install the Plug Wires..I havent dropped the Trans all the way on the Crossmember yet..

^^Oh and see owners manual for the proper Oil and fill level for this LS1 S10..

Well I have to re-wire the whole PCM Harness from scratch..I bought it off of Ebay pretty cheap, it was a custom harness that some guy had built to 99-02 F-body specs. It's no where near that, lots of wires in the wrong places on the PCM connectors.

I sent a message to the guy asking who built it for him..this isnt the first time I've fixed "professional" work..

I finally finished the Engine Harness..I had to completely break it down and re-pin it from the bare connectors using some schematics I had. It was assembled incorrectly.

It's now correct and ready to be loomed.

There is probably about 15 hours worth of wiring in the whole truck..

And it's only a single cab..with no options.

I'm always amazed how much time I spend wiring projects. Wiring isn't hard, but it is very tedious and therefore time consuming and daunting to the novice.
