Well almost had it running tonite..

The Fuel Rails are cracked on a seam right below the regulator. I found this out when I turned the Key to see if it would build up pressure without a leak..well there's a leak..

I'm going to see if I can get them bronze brazed tomorrow.

Here's how it's sitting at the moment..

This has my attention, tell me a little more about the rails you're using. Looks like the regulator is right on the rail. I like the idea of eliminating the vette filter/regulator combo especially since my car already has a feed & return line in place.

It's a factory Vacumn Regulator..keeps the Fuel Pressure and Flow at one setting.

I have a bigger problem than that.. I keep getting a P0336 Code..CKP-Crank Sensor.

I checked the Wiring and that's good..pulled the PCM Connector and checked the 3 wires on the Connector to ensure they are in the proper pins and going to the proper pins on the PCM.

I then took the Crank Sensor out of my 2500HD and switched it with the one that I bought just to see if the Sensor might be fubar..well that works in the Truck so that eliminates the Sensor.
So I'm about to put the Starter back on the S10 and try it again. IDK if VATS might be a cause of this..I've managed to patch the Rails well enough to get it to work..it has Oil Pressure, will fire like half of a Cylinder then pop the CKP Code.
Cam is a standard LS 1X Cam..I figured if the Coils were fucked up it would throw that code..

Just one of them things I guess..

Ok..no Injector pulse now..Crank code went away..I'm going to check the Cam Sensor wiring..it's probably something small.

Disregard last..it runs..

When the Crank Sensor was throwing the code I switched the wires around thinking it was them, turns out it was the Sensor. I switched the wires back, it fired right up..

Standby for vids..bolting the bed down.

There it is..

I put a tune in it to disable the O2's and MAF..but you have to have it plugged in for reference, that's why it's there.

I managed the slow down the leak on the Rails where it's not too bad, they still need to be fixed tho.

I have no idea what's up with the Fuel Gauge..I need to fix some of the lights on that Cluster..no backlights.

Well the Rails are non-fixable..so I need the stock LS1 Rails with the Regulator on them..1997-1998 Corvette, 1998 F-body.

Preferably them..a newer non-return set of LS1 Rails will work too.

I managed to get a set of Fuel Rails, I'm re-designing the Fuel System to be the single line with the Corvette Filter/Regulator..I figure it'll be better that way.

My Intake Elbow came in so I was able to finish my Intake setup..

Good luck with a Luv truck..the S10 has more Engine Bay..and that was even a tight fit.
