I fixed the hole today and its still doing the same exact thing. It will only get up to like 6lbs of boost at around 5500rpm in second gear since i don't have much of a first gear. If my waste gate was in a bad spot i would have creep issues. I think its in a good spot. It starts to spool around 3000rpm but takes so good damn long to actually build up pressure. I looked at my cold side yesterday and it all looked good. This is starting to drive me nuts. I am going to look at every little possible spot and even probably pressure test it.

get a pcv cap from home depot, thread in a air hose fitting and hook up an air line regulated to 20psi from the air compressor. You will find any leaks.

I would block off both sides with a pcv plug/cap. Just get one that fits snuggly into your silicone coupler.

Oh sorry, was on mobile and it does not show sig pictures. Was going to say if it was atmospheric you could here when it starts to open and tell if it is opening early. Much harder to tell when it is recirculated.

I think i need to leak test the hotside piping. With the mbc cranked for full boost their is no way that wastegate is opening up at 5psi even after i modified the spring. The blow off valve is releasing tons of air so its hard to believe that i have a leak in the coldside. It even did the same with my old cold pipe so I'm thinking it has to do with the hotside. Even though the turbo is screaming at 6000rpm its hard to believe that compressor is only pushing out 5psi even with a exhaust leak.

I can give you a head start if ya want? have you tried to bypass the intercooler? To see if that's restrictive? Or remove the vac line from waistegate
