I used truck accessories with an LS1 waterpump and swapped out the truck water pump pulley. Only to use the LS1 intake on my truck engine. works great.

truck bracket, they're a dime a dozen. Just mount the alternator, route the belt under the WP instead of the "S" routing.

Gary is probably right. Using stock truck accesories would be very easy and cheap. I have seen guys on here even hacksaw or mill the unused PS pump portion of the bracket off.

For my build I used a truck crank pulley, WP and tensioner and alt. But I used an F-body alt bracket and had a spacer plate made to give me the correct belt alignment as the truck belt system is about 3/4" further out from the front engine face. Check out my thread for more pictures.

hhhhmmmm... I have the truck bracket but my alt. doesn't fit that good (CS130 new that was on my 406) and I like the looks of that F-body bracket.
I was looking at relocation kits and $150-$200 for a bracket ? LOL not this guy, I'll make one first

I've been running my alternator like this a few years. You could use the stock tensioner instead of the idlers and compressor.

What intake are you planning on going with? Car intakes will have some interference issues with the truck wp. Nothing that isn't a pretty simple fix. I ended up going with the F-body accessories., pieced it together pretty cheap. But I do have ps. And the low mount alt had some territorial disputes with the steering rag joint but nothing the grinder couldn't handle.
