Talked to Jakes and he said just a standard TH400 yoke will work. Now I just need to decide between the various brands. Big money Mark Williams trans yoke or go with one of the other pieces. Jake seemed to think that the Strange u1650 would work, but it is cast and I have heard of folks twisting them.

Put a thread up on YB. I figure if there is any **** what so ever to be talked about it, the guys over there will do so, lol. I only want to buy one. If the MW is better than the Hughes (and a tad cheaper) then that is what I will go with I guess.

He defintely can, that is a "friends and family" discount. Normal price for the average guy is $425.

This does not include trans yoke or pinion. Just shaft and 1350 spicer u joints. I think it is a good deal. But he does require that you send him your trans yoke to balance with the shaft.

Nah if you are at the point of wanting a good solid drive shaft you will want the strange chromoly or Mark Williams Trans Yoke. Those are both in the $200 range.

So I saw in another thread where you posted about 4L80E fitment in your car and to refer to the end of this thread for more info. I just read this entire thread and I don't see much as far as how the 4L80E actually fit in your car. Have any pics of the fluid lines and electric connector you mentioned you had to massage the trans tunnel around?

Yeah, not sure what happened to that photo, but I can tell you that you will need to clearance in the tunnel around those two points. The best advice I can give you is lift the transmission up in the tunnel on a trans lift and mark where the fluid lines are on the passenger side and where the large round electrical plug is on the driver's side and beat out those two areas A LOT.

Well, not quite as clean as I had planned, but it will work. Water to air is kinda in place.
