Haha, no, it is raining like crazy out and I only have a car port with the car half way under it for room up front. If it does not let up, I will finish wiring up what I can while huddled in the car and wait to finish fuel lines till it stops raining. I am considering doing something with a couple tarps and some bungey cords, lmao!
As for the steam tube, it is off of an earlier ls1 camaro or firebird. I got mine second hand, but you can get them new I think still from GM. Or do one of the Urban trick AN pieces!

Not real sure how to imbed video, but here it is cranking...still gotta get a couple more little things before it will run. Gas, a couple hoses and a couple transmission fittings.

It'll start before the end of the week. I could push it and have it done today, but I want to wait till I have everything I need. Who knows, I might fudge a couple things and get it to run, but honestly it will not be driving for a month or two, so it is not a huge deal to wait another 3 or 4 days to start it.

My damn build is going to take a bit...especially since I am going to be a dad soon. I figure, 10-20 years...lol

Well it may not seem major to some, but last night in the 37* weather I did not feel like getting under the car, so I got in the car to work on the ecu. I was able to flash in the 3 bar map (after paying 4 MORE credits for a total of 8 due to an ecu issue causing me to have to replace the original ecu). I then was able to communicate with the ecu and verify that all the sensors were working!
This was very exciting to me as it was the first time verifying that all the connections were good and the harness was allowing com with the ecu and engine! I guess my wiring was not too terrible! Bumping the engine over rewarded me with a spike in engine rpm on the log I was running. Good stuff!

Fired right up! The tune seemed to be pretty decent. Once I get some o2 sensors and my wideband hooked up with the turbo I will iron it out before it ever gets driven. Still not sure how to imbed, lmao. But if you click it it works. Apparently my phone takes video sideways....going for the widescreen look I guess.

+20000! Yeah the moser is not too bad, I just hate buying things twice. While I don't think I have heard anything bad about their yoke, I am not really sure about the metal on it. The only thing that is mildly expendable on the car currently is the short block as it is stock. Everything that I replaced I tried to go quality for the most part. Good trans, good turbo, good subframe, upgraded brakes, etc. Don't get me wrong, I shopped, lmao! But I tried to get good quality components when money allowed. There is some ebay stuff like the intercooler, but usually it is on stuff I just could not see blowing tons of cash on if a cheaper one will get the job done.

Looking awesome dude...keep it coming!

These vband clamps are a little questionable though. Was having a little hard time getting the passenger side just right and the clamp did not seem to help. Cheap vband clamps suck! But I already had them from a previous budget build so I figured I would use them. Hoping they do not leak.
Going to wire the scavenge pump tonight.

Quite honestly I can't imagine why you wouldn't if you hadd a single and 2 banks of cylinders. I just don't understand the mentality of merging right before a divided flange. I think it will for ok.
