It's really such a broad question.

A lot of thought goes into a cam selection based on the vehicle's weight, purpose, engine mods, driver's desires in a cam (rumpy idle, mileage, etc). It's hard for someone to just recommend based on a very open ended question.

I would recommend searching for 5.3/6.0 or ls1/2 cam selections and see what you find.

Personally, if I was going through all the trouble of a cam swap, I would want something better. There are much better cams out there.

Look into the tsp228r on 112 lsa or something close in specs to that cam.... maybe even something with split duration.

If you go that route, you'll probably want to do a converter to really get the most out of the cam.

Or you could probably get away with a tsp224r or something similar in that range without a converter.

What tie rods / tie rod sleeves are those? They look nice and beefy.
