New update. The longblock is nearing 100% completion. We are really running out of things to do to complete it.

SRP pistons with 8.5 to 1 compression
Stock Rods
The cam is 260 at .50, hydraulic, .603 lift
Comp Pushrods
LS6 valve springs
Melling oil pump
Double row timing set
ARP Fasteners

We're in the process of figuring out the spark and fuel, consulting the great Brian Macy at Horsepowerconnection.com. Shouldn't be too big of an issue for him.

We have the intake manifold to finish for the blower, that's what we are currently working on.

More updates to follow.

So glad to see this project did not die but just went dark for a while. Not that I can afford to do this or even could conceive how to do it but it is fun to watch and fantasize. Please keep the updates coming!

Pretty big camshaft for little ol' LS6 valve springs.

Absolutely amazing, I bet the invention required to get this done has been a challenge! If it were me, I'd be thinking of anything that might break and damage the block and oversize it. I'd be scared of those stock rods for example!

Keep it up!

Blower? Why not turbo lol. This is just plain badass. It better be making 100hp per cylinder ha.

We're going to take it real easy. The plan is to get it running, and then spend some time and build a billet crank and get some forged rods. Not going to push it too hard until we're all billet.

Yep. It's what we had, so we're going to set a really low rev limit and run almost no boost until we upgrade. The main goal was to get it running, since everyone wants to see a video. We'll spend more time and money on it and upgrade valvetrain at that time.

We had a 14-71 Littlefield blower sitting around, and it's a very good size for this application. I'm a personal fan of turbos, and when we get around to the V4 that will definitely be turbo'd. As for the HP, that wont be a huge concern once we get billet parts in it. Then its just a question of how much HP do we really want to try and make. 1200 would happen without really even trying that hard.
