I could care less about the longevity or logistics of making this a lasting motor, that's for the automakers to worry about, I'm just interested in hearing it run. I don't care if it lasts for 10 minutes, lol.

I love the thinking outside the box on this and getting it done. Kudos.

Definitely a great option for the old V12 Jags that are immaculate with a bad motor!

Very cool. Is the highlighted cylinder going to receive proper cooling? Also, is there a chance of improper heat consistency over the entire block causing expansion/contraction at different rates in different spots? I don't know too much about tolerances and I'm assuming that it probably is minimal/not an issue, but just something that grabbed my attention.

Got to see a Motus bike at the Washington International Bike show a few years ago. Sweet bike, not fond of the saddle bags but sweet engine.

Man the expected price of their bikes are 30,975 and 36,975. I love American vehicles but jesus christ that is alot of money for a bike. http://www.motusmotorcycles.com/

A LS V12 would be badass in my car;

Also, why v12? It seems like v16 would be 100 times easier. You could leave the heads alone and just weld up the blocks. Also the head gaskets wouldn't have to cross your welds, which seems like a giant flaw in your design now. Are you planning on re-machining the entire head gasket surfaces on the block and heads?
They've already built a couple of others, so I'm sure they've got a set plan for it, which includes surfacing the heads and block after welding the two parts together. You'd really have to be an idiot to weld it up and leave it that way, then expect it to seal when it all goes back together. That's almost a given that the surfaces are redone after welding.

What's there to be skeptical about? After the vid, people are gonna claim it's digitally enhanced and still don't have real proof of its existence or some bs. And now they need to see it in person or something crazy.

pretty crazy , ive helped out with a guy that used to run el mirage and bonneville , he went the easy way of building a V4 hemi , he just made counter weights for the crank , and could swap back to a V8 in a couple hours to change classes
