Water/Dust Proof Fuseblock Housing- Need Your Suggestions...

I am wiring in my fuse block under my hood (2003 5.3 Vortec to '86 K5), and I'd like to know what your suggestions would be to make a semi-waterproof housing to keep water from splashing into the new fuse block (fender mounted). Any ideas? I don't expect to make it water tight, but some protection would be ideal (especially in keeping out the dust).
Also... I've already bought my fuse block and relays, so I don't want to buy new ones (no kits please). I just need a housing idea to keep protect the connections.
This is kinda what I am looking to use...

Is that an Intermatic timer box?
You can put a very narrow and thin strip of closed cell foam strip in the groove around the cover which the tongue will compress when the box is closed. This will achieve 95% of your goal.

The main problem I see with using that type of enclosure is if any water did manage to get in, it can't get back out which would make matters worse than if you had just a cover like the factory uses. The water doesn't have to get in all in one shot either, a little over an extended period of time could fill it up.

Drilling some drain holes in the bottom would alleviate most of the water collection problem.
It doesn't have to be submersible it only has to be water shedding.

94-96 Caprice, Impala SS, Roadmaster underhood fuseblock. Very nice setup. Enough relays and fuses to power your entire harness with a couple leftovers. Cheap at the U-pull yards too.
