Thought I throw up some pictures of my swap and what I learned along the way.

Had to switch to a hydroboost to clear the engine
Swap the steering out to a rack and pinion

I see you're the guy who shacked up with my exwife. I recognize her sitting behind the steering wheel and in the video. LOL

I have tons of info I haven't got around to documenting yet. Welding up the hot side now. But I switched the brakes to GM hydroboost to clear the head. still need to work on pedal position.

I used the hot rod swap pan H2 hummer.
No real mods to the tunnel I think I ground off some bosses for the heat shield on the 4l80e. I did cut a chunk of the tunnel to clear the trans wire harness. Converted to rack an pinion steering so I used the steering box mount for one of my motor mounts.
I modded the trans mount from the stocker. I also had to custom make the bar that mounts the lower suspension arms.
If I did it again id probably go with a GTO pan and cut up the K member and leave the steering alone.
Unless you are really into it its a pita swap Next time I'm doing a truck.
