5.3 TBSS Intake? Injectors? Fuel Rail? CJ7 5.3
Hi, CJ7 w/ LM7 here. Need some knowledge assistance. Street vehicle, not DD, light, stick, and gears on the way so sending the 862 heads to be ported and milled and want to go cheap on the intake/injectors/TB until I move up to a FAST and a 6.0 or so. Planning to tach out to about 6500.
I found AC Delco Part #12620308 listed as OEM replacement for 2009 TBSS. I found it for $111 shipped brand new. So I am wondering if this is the right item as most folks seem to want more than that for a used piece. Likely going to have this ported a bit.
I also found part #12613411 injectors for <$100 for set of 8 new. Ditto on above.
I saw Professional Products part #69733 for about $230 new, shipped.
I have 2002-ish 5.3 factory setup with cable TB and return-style rails with integrated regulator.
I want to retain the fuel return as I just finally got the fuel situation taken care of from tank to intake. I also just overpaid for a new factory regulator and the rails I own already.
Questions:
Is this really the intake I am looking for?
Will the intake, TB, injectors fit together?
Can I make my factory rail setup work and how?
If no on the factory rails, what is the most affordable way to retain the return?
Thank you for your time and help!

Pretty PLEASE someone has to know if this is really a TBSS intake and what works with it. If so, it would be a steal at $111 brand new! Unless it sucks as an intake and I suppose I would like to know about that, too.
Should I repost in Gen IV forum?
Thanks ahead of time.

Cable here. Parts lookups show that the part number I referenced "fits" 2009 TBSS. I just was skeptical since I found it for $111 new. And they had more.
Hopefully it is the real deal when it arrives!
Any idea on the fuel injectors I referenced or the fuel rail question?
Thanks for the reply!

Yes, I am moving to a 4-bolt by doing this as I am looking to reach about 425 at the flywheel and turn some RPMs. Planning to get a matching TB in cable form. Trying to do this with a composite intake on the cheap. At any rate, I went ahead and ordered the intake. I'll figure out and post what it is when it arrives. Hoping I can adapt my return-style rail with regulator and use the injectors I mentioned..supposedly those I listed at 36 lb @ 58 PSI.
Found a thread here that details this swap in decent detail so I'll be posting follow-ups over there:

Looks like you have a plan , that AC Delco is probably alright. Just stay away from Dorman and aftermarket replacements. I don't like the old nylon fuel rails , I like the new square SS rails you can find these on the Gen III flex fuel trucks also. Good luck with your CJ7 it should be a blast when your done . Oh by the way I have a 85 CJ7 too , I will sale if you want another one.
