Plug on the left looks like a cruise control module plug, but without more info on what year and engine you have it's hard to tell. Could also be a TAC module plug since they're the same.

Jay, please provide us with as much info as you can. Where did you get the harness from? It's year and model? Did the engine come from the same?

That's a 98-02 camaro firebird harness. Those 3 plugs hold all the main wires that you need to make a standalone harness. The connectors are called c210 c220 c230. The fbody is almost a stand alone right out of the box, those 3 connectors consist of things like the fuel pump signal that needs wired to a relay and fuse, cooling fan signals that need a relay and fuses, pcm power the needs relays and fuses, all the serial data for the obd2 port, low oil, oil pressure, coolant temp, check engine light... Etc etc

Ok so I figured out all the wires that goes to the fuse block and relays but when I was done, the wire that gives the pcm constant power was either torn or I accidentally cut it. Where does this hook up to the harness or what pin powers the pcm?
