HCI LS Fox Dyno pass

What's up ls1tech? I've been a member for some time now and used this forum to build my ls fox.

Today I went to the dyno and got some decent numbers. What do you guys think? First pass was done in second gear. Second run was done in third and the dyno operator only went up to 5700 rpm. :/

TEA 243 stage 2,
FTI Streetsweeper HT,
FAST 102 w a 95mm Holley TB,
3 speed rmvb C4,
4k Ultimate Converter
2010 Camaro exhaust manifolds
& an 8.8 with 3.55s

For your mods that's low IMO.

Why did they only pull to 5700 ?

The dyno guy said he didn't want to spin the rollers over 100.

Go to a different dyno. With your mods you should be well over 400 IMO. If your tune is good

I think it would have made more if they would have spun it higher. Maybe over 400hp. Idk

I basically just went to check if the engine was safe to race. I knew numbers weren't going to be great because of the c4.

The guys at the shop said similar combos dyno over 400 with 4l60e's. They said because of the non lockup stall the numbers would be lower.

I forgot to mention that it does not have longtubes. I am using 2010 Camaro exhaust manifolds. And the first 2 ft of exhaust pipe is 2.25". After that its 2.5" h pipe and MagnaFlow tail pipes.

I didn't want to argue. It was 50 bucks and they gave me all the files so my tuner can dial in the tune if it needs it.

I'm really interested in seeing what it does with the LS3 manifolds.

I remember mcicia had a LS1 short block with the BSP LS3 heads and LS3 manifolds an Ed C cam which did around 420 rwhp in a manual trans car. I'm wondering how the ported 243s and FAST 102 does with same manifolds.
