My bad! The pan always comes with tube and baffle, along with plug, bypass cover, etc. The choice is if you also want the gasket kit for it included.

That crossmember has taken an extended amount of time as it got pushed back in favor of other projects a couple of times. I'm going to grease the wheels of that project next week and get it jump started.

I didnt realise the BRP kit used the GM pan, I thought it was their own pan and shorter. Will order the Holley.

Unless they've changed recently, as far as I know they have always used the LH8 pan, which is the Hummer pan and also the muscle car pan. I dont think you'll be disappointed with the Holley, I have heard nothing but good things about it.

Here's the GMPP muscle car pan in a 1979 El Camino with MetalTek mounts. It hangs down lower than I want, but I'm going to use it for now to git her done. Google says the C5 Corvette oil pan that came on the engine might work(?!), otherwise I'll eventually put the Holley pan on.

I tried all of the GM truck and hummer pans, ended up going with the 2004 CTS-V pan and it worked out great. It's about the same size as holley pan.

So glad that I stumbled onto this thread on the 302-3. I am getting dangerously close to needing an oil pan and will eventually have a turbo. So the drains that are cast into the pan are a very nice feature. Nicely done. Todd, please keep this site updated when you know the availability of the new pan.

Any idea of the price point? I'm sure it will be more than the 302-2, but how much more?

I have heard the pan is getting close to being available, but I don't have a specific date to report as of yet.

The price point is also not something I'm informed about as I'm not the primary responsible engineer on this project...I provided the basis for the geometry/features of the design and someone else ran with it from there. When I hear something I let you guys know.
