Default Foot braking/power brake car bogs

Car, 69 nova
04 GTO LS1/4L60E..
When foot braking to launch or trying to do a burnout using brake/gas the car just bogs down.. Swap been done since 2010 and recently had it tuned on the dyno... It did it before dyno and still after dyno... Car runs great otherwise..
Just an issue when gas and brake are being applied at the same time.. Any input would help

Your brake booster might be leaking air into the system when applying brakes.

I also have a line lock and there's no problem there... It's when brakes are applied and gas at same time car bogs like there's no power

I think there was a Traction Control patch for the GTO tunes that you had to apply in the tune to get them to do burnouts. Do you have the brake switch wired to the ECM?
