Which LS Engine Should I Go With For My G-body
What’s going on ls1 tech, I have a question. So I’m having trouble deciding what engine to go with for my g body. I’ve wired my search down to a
Ls3 427stoker, or Ls7 427. I’m trying to reach around 600-800 hp but I’ll be happy with 700 because the car is going to be a daily driver. But I just wanted to know what the right fit would be for my build.

Between the two engines you list, you will more likely hit your power goals with the LS7; particularly if those power goals are to the wheels.
At that power level, it will definitely be on the rowdy side for a daily driver. But if that's to your liking....go for it!
Best of luck whatever you do!

Which one of those 2 is more reliable though? From what I'm hearing and researching everyone saying the ls3 is more reliable. But both of those 2 are good engines though.

I would have a few concerns on the 427 cube LS3 in regards with how far the piston is pulled down into the block. If I was building a 427 motor I would do a LS2 block with Daron sleeves. I did a LS2 sleeved by RED (Race Engine Development) in CA. The Darton sleeves are much stronger than stock GM sleeves. Then did a Manely stroker assembly. Stock LS3 heads with upgraded springs and push rods. With a mid range cam it did 500 rwhp and was a piece of cake to tune. Not huge numbers but it ran great.

LS3 6.2 with nitrous or a blower. Keep it simple silly.

Your power goals are not too tuff to attain...boost via supercharger or turbo...build bottom end (pistons, rods, fasteners) to stand the abuse - streetability can be achieved. 600-800 naturally aspirated is gonna require rpm - bottom end, valve train, int/exh/head flow required to keep up. And it won't be very streetable at least by my definition of streetable.
