When I went to order the Holley cross member, I specifically asked the operator if the member was for a TR6060. Website listed the T56 as for use. So based on operator input, he stated it would, so i ordered it. After getting it, it mounts about 6-8 inches more forward than where the factory TR6060 mounts. After some frustrations, as this was a quick build, I decided to use the main cross member brace and make my own brackets for mounting.
Keep in mind, I was literally taking the drive train from a 2015 camaro and dropping it into my S10.

I trimmed about .500 inch off the back side edge towards the rear of the cab, to give me more clearance. Keep in mind, I am using a shifter relocation kit from Silver Sport Trans. This eliminated the far rear shifter point used in the camaro.

I bought the housing from a friend, whom bought it new and never did anything with it. Saved a money there. I had a used 3rd member, just needed rebuilt. So I took it all to MOSER Engineering. Dropped it off, had them build it and bought the disc brake conversion kit for it.
Done in 2 weeks.

I have a stock 98 ZQ8 truck that I bought new and have been wanting to do a 6.0 in for the last 20yrs. The truck is in great shape and it deserves a V8. I watching your build.
