Tesla Model LS4
You would have a much easier time putting in a front engine rear drive setup in a Tesla. Unless you are a master fabricator/engineer, a front drive setup would be comparatively near impossible to achieve.

Yep. Worse than most. You will start by gutting it. Then sheet metal surgery to fit the parts. Custom suspension and drivetrain mounting. Might need to enlarge wheeltubs as well, as they rely on AWD and not massive tires to get grip. Then you deal with having to figure out how to integrate the electronics, or completely re-engineer them. The center display / instrumentation, HVAC, locks, mirrors, windows, etc. Braking and Steering need to be worked out also, if you want power assist.
That said, if you gutted a functional car, you could maybe recoup good money selling the Tesla drive units and batteries. But I assume you don't start with a fully functional car just to gut it and make it slower.

I'll be swapping out the front! Motor off the Tesla with the LS4. The structure is there, just a matter of a few custom motor mounts, sub frame, and cv axles. Let's not talk exhaust just yet.
