Conversion folks please list your DREAM conversion in here
This is just a play on the above thread, but if you have a conversion that you would love to do if you had the car, describe it here.
My ultimate dream conversion would have to be a 1962 Alfa Romeo Giulietta with a LS1 and 6-speed Corvette drivetrain, narrowed suspensions to fit within the confines of the car, and proper gearing for the smaller diameter rear tires. This would have to be a very stealthy conversion that might even use the factory rolling stock, or something that looks very similar but with a larger diamater (17") rim.

Tube frame, C5 suspension front and rear, coilovers, Z06 transaxle, LS7, Brembo brakes, 18x10 front and 18x12 rear wheels, 1969 Corvette body with L88 fender flares and sidepipes. Interior would be relatively stock but with Autometer Cobalt gauges a small roll cage, some nice racing seats, and 5 point harnesses. I think that would be the ultimate pro-touring car. (It's what I had originally thought of recently for my car.)

) Fiero-based tube frame chassis Diablo VTTT replica, with the F1 style Fiero upgrade suspension, and a small set of twins on an LS7 with a 6 speed. Full Lamborghini interior, glass, door mechanisms and wheels. BLACK paint.
Eh, never know, I might just build one someday.

My dream is a tube frame, fiberglass bodied '78 Chevy Monza (1800 lbs) with a porsche trans axle and a twin turbo 427 LS1 in the hatch so you can see it. Corvette C5 suspension all around and enough rubber to pull more than 1.2 G's and run 9.50's.
The other options would be a TR6GT or a Alfa GTV with an LS1 and a ton of power.

mine would have to be a 1970 Trans Am white with the blue stripe. corvette IRS, LS7 or SC LS1,2 or 6. T56 or the new A6 gm is working on(if its small enough). tubbed in the rear with 17 or 18/11s. maybe new firebird interior as much as possible.
