Default LS1 into S10 swap header pics

driverside passenger side Well, finally got my headers done for my truck. (well at least mostly) The guy that did the work on em just wasn't in a hurry and with me gone most of the time it wasn't a real priority. We just have to clean em up alittle more, put the O2 bungs in, and ship them off to have em coated. I figure in a month or so I should have it running (but not driveable). I have the rest of the truck done I think so it shouldnt' take much to get it going. Headers are 1 5/8 primaries with 2 1/2 collectors. Not much room to run anything bigger. If anybody wants to mirror these pics they are more than welcome to being I'm sure geocities will hit their bandwidth requirement quickly.

Damn that's sweet Jason! I emailed you a while back about you're headers and swap. I finished mine in my 95 blazer about a week ago (still need to adjust my Tach). Runs strong. I'm ecstatic! It pulled on my buddies LT1 camaro tonight . I used modified 98-99 manifolds on mine. If you dont mind me asking how much did you spend and would it be possible for your buddy to make another set?

Scott @ Frederick Motorsports did the building of the headers. http://www.frederickmotorsports.com/ Scott is a really good guy. He quoted me about $1500 or so back in December or something like that. He has been doing my truck on the side because I'm military and I'm gone alot. He hasn't given me the grand total yet being he still has to get them back from the coating vender so I'm unsure what the total damage will be.

I'm sure he would do it again, but I don't think he would be comfortable without having the truck there. It was so tight with my truck that unless it was the exact same mounts and tranny and tranny mount and crossmember. Too many variables involved there. I posted a link to his site in the last post, give him a call and ask. Later.

Bigdeezs, What did you do to modify the exhaust manifolds are you running in your s10? Also, did you use the Vette alternator and power steering setup?
Thanks,
Todd
