Holy ****! What a list!

I am building a 62' Chevy2 Pro Touring car. It is built on an Art Morrison 2" x 4" tube chassis with a C5 front suspension and a Triangulated 4 bar rear suspension.

The motor is a 427 ci Darton block that is fed with two T60-1 intercooled turbos through a sheet metal intake. Behind this motor is going to be a beefed up Viper T56 tranny.

The car sits 5 3/4" off the ground and has 295/35/18's in the rear and 245/35/18's up front.

I just got my Big Stuff 3 DFI unit the other day. Car should be running by later October and completed by early summer.

Shooting for front cover of Car Craft magazine, a trip to the Power Tour, 9 sec 1/4 miles, and some serious autocross racing with the AC on!

Stay tuned for further details!

'93 RX-7 with '01+ LS1/T56. home ported heads and big hydraulic cam, LT headers, PCM mods, ported TB. Should make the 2750lb car scoot.

Hope to be done before the end of 2004. Need to paint engine bay, buy driveline and then build the car. Lots to do.

We can create a list and link it to the top of this forum as a guide.

I wanted to thank everyone who has gotten the word out about this particular forum, I wasn't sure if it would have an audience but it appears that there is one.

Bonus points if you have info or pics of that 59 Cadillac converstion with the turbocharged LS1 from New Jersey!!!!
THANKS JOHN..
I HAVE A PROBLEM I HOPE ICAN GET SOME HELP WITH. DEALER DOSN`T WANNA BE BOTHERD.
I INSTALLED A `93 2.5 ENGINE IN MY `90 S-10 P/U. ALL IS FINE EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING:
I WISH TO RETAIN THE 93 DISTRIBUTOR BECAUSE IT LACKS THE "HALL EFFECT SWITCH". I HAVE FOUND IN THE PAST THAT THIS ITEM IS A SOURCE OF TROUBLE.
THE PROBLEM IS, THE PLUG IN THE `90 HARNESS IS DIFFERENT. IT HAS THE SAME NUMBER OF CONNECTIONS (4) AS THE 93. I NEED TO KNOW, CAN I SPLICE THE PUG FROM THE 93 WIRING HARNESS, INTO THE 90, IF I FOLLOW THE COLOR CODES. ALSO, DO I HAVE TO USE THE 93 ECM. I HAVE BOTH, 93, AND 90 ECM`S. SURE HOPE I GET SOME REPLIES ON THIS ONE. NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE HELP ME YET. THANKS..

92' Camaro Rs (3.1v6/5sp)
LS1;M6(T56)
Project is all done. Still trying to find the right throttle cable. I modified the 92'stock one for now. I tried one out of a late model truck(5.3/6.0) it was too short, but had the correct ends though. Anyone with advice please reply. Thanks

LS1 Conversion
T56
I was one day away from ordering 20k worth of parts to build a M Roadster, when I read up a little more on this concept. Sounds outstanding. Mixing BMW Luxury and ride with American Muscle. A winning combination.

Default 1979 Datsun 210

I am wanting to cram a LS1 and a T56 into my 1979 Datsun 210 Hatchback or my 1975 Datsun B210 Sedan. I am thinking the sedan because I can seal the trunk from the passenger compartment so I can add a fuel cell. Instead of going with a fuel tank at the rear of the car.

Default C1 conversion link not working

Can't find "Pictures of Interest" to look at your car. check the link I don't think it is working. I'm also building a C1 to C5 conversion Corvette, and would like to see some of the photos of your project.

Default 1935 Ford Tudor LS-1 powered

My 1935 Ford project started in 1998 with a Fatman frame and a junkyard LS-1 and 4L60E. It is now 75% complete

Fatman frame with Mustang II front suspension, a 9" Ford rear with four bars and coil overs

1998 LS-1 with GM "Hot Cam" kit, LS-6 intake, 1998 Y exhaust manifolds, GM perf. wiring harness and computer. Ho-made airbox. The new "low mass" LS-2 water pump (for clearance reasons mainly).

The rolling chassis is nearly complete and I should be sitting the body back on it within the next month so that I can complete the electrical and A/C

FYI....the new LS-2 pump is lighter and bolts on but when using F body accessory setup the pulley won't align, requires a little modification so the belt alignment is correct.
