Default 5.3 truck harness?

What the differences between the 5.3 engine harness and the F-body harness? Thanks.

Lots of things.
Injector connectors, PCM location, MAF/IAT connectors, vehicle interface connectors, etc.

What about the PCM pin assignments? I'm thinking of using this harness in a conversion project.

That's the same for all of the main engine functions. There are minor little differences between the trucks and cars on emissions stuff and little things like that.

Could I use the truck harness if I had the PCM flashed to an 01 F-body? I would use LS1 edit to get rid of emission fuctions anyway.

jswhite: You can if you have an 01 PCM and make all of the changes I listed above. Also, the truck harness has no fan control wiring in it.
