I'm having some problems with my harness.
It's not communicating with the pcm.
I've looked over the setup and can't see any problems.
Has anyone run into the same problem?

Since I am very close to getting things running, I
was hoping that the folks that have made their own
setups work might be able to help out.
I think that I'm 1 or 2 issues away from firing up
some motors <img border="0" alt="[gruffy cottonball]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_gruffy.gif" />

So you have the entire FBody harness - internal, cross-body, IP, etc.? And you're using an FBody sending unit with FPR and pump?
You could try checking continuity between connector pins and the PCM pins. Could be that one or more key wires in the harness are damaged.
Dataline is pin 2 on the data plug and the corresponding PCM pin is blue 58. There's a connection at the "Star" connector and another at C230 (not c101 like I said before). From C230 it's a straight shot to the PCM.
Pink wires should go to ignition On 12v+ and orange wires (for the most part) go to always on 12V+. Data connector (the obd2 port for atap) should get it's own 12V+ source along with 2 grounds - one from the PCM grounds (although I don't see how it would matter as long as the PCM is grounded to the chassis). PCM grounds are 1 and 40 on both red and blue.
With that, your PCM ought to connect to ATAP. Mine didn't at first - but it turned out I had the 2 dkgrn wires crossed up.

Right, I didn't have to run wire in the harness.
All the connectors were still intact, I simply had
to snap together the plugs.

I'm going to try out those steps this weekend.
At this point, the problems that I am seeing are
no communication with the pcm through the dataport
(ALDL) and no spark. It's all factory GM wiring
harness and parts.
It turns the starter and runs the fuel pump and
injectors, but no spark, that's where I'm stuck.
