Just a couple of pics of some work going on,

Installed the engine withe the Speartech Harness, still have to drill a hole and route it inside, not really liking the wiring protection the covering used is open around the ends needs to be cleaned up IMO,

Started mocking up the Alston G Link, Starting prefiting brackets which lead me to finish cutting out the drivers side area and make the frame closeouts,

Passenger side is in good shape needs to be cleaned up some, spray bombed some primer on there a year or two ago,

More to come, Get teh close outs done and install the DSE tubs,

Scott Mock, he had all types of issues on the forums later on, then there was problems with the kids welding them, and another guy buying and copying it and selling it under his name, mines flat square and very strong looking, no problems yet,

Simple update time,

Motor and trans are in but need to sit lower, need to modify the mounts, will be coming along shortly,

Welded the rear end cradle in and the upper mounts on the rear, setting up the lowers today, going to the welder tomorrow, then the chassis shop for shorting and powder coat,

Harness is in, all hooked up,, theres somethings I'm going to change,so I will lay it out on a board and start my mods,

Pics may come later,

Thanks, its a nice piece, I'm assuming its one of the last ones SM built, Its very square and flat, no problems so far,

Now if I could get a straight answer from someone at Alston about the weld on LCA mounts for the G Link rear-end kit I'd be amazed!
