Those are solid numbers! I am hoping for 400rwhp with mine but I fear my cam may be a bit small for that coupled with an auto especially. I should find out next weekend. Can't wait to see some track times!

I decided to get another set of mufflers to quite it down a little on the road trips. The way I have it now I can easily swap between the sets. I'll probably just weld the X together soon. I can hear a few small exhaust leaks out of the cheap clamps, but the band clamps seem to be working better. I bought some 3" Magnaflow Ovals in natural stainless. I will get a video up soon.

Stealth, thank you for a wealth of knowledge and wonderful pictures! I have a really rough 69 and a 2003 5.7/4L60 and I'm planning a similar swap. I demand an AC so there will be a few different steps along the way. I wish I'd grabbed the whole donor truck instead of motor/harness/ecm, oh well, I might keep looking for a whole donor. You guys have it made, I have to BUILD a garage first lol. Keep us in the loop, I want to see that girl painted and shiny with some fat tires.

Not much has been going on for a while, but I just got my new shoes on. I ended up going the cheaper route and picked up a set of 17x9 5" BS Cragar Soft 8's. This way I can still fit a C5 brake package and get good high speed rated tires. Tires are Nitto 555 255/45 17 front and Nitto 555R 275/40 17 rear. I also sanded and rattle canned the roof the other day so the car was closer to one color. The wheels really have me thinking about working on the body. I only got a few miles on them today. I will report back with traction/handling info.
Here's a picture I took the other day:

Everytime i see your sig i want to build one of those. You said it was a blazer frame or something right?
I ran nittos on my 465rwhp 01 z06. Snapped an outputshaft and cracked the differential housing on a 1-2 shift. They can be pretty sticky. I ran mine with 15psi in them. I've personally been over 200mph on those tires with 15psi in them. They are good tires.
