Might be. I don't get Super Chevy. Gonna run to the store now though.

I did get a couple mentions in the Chevelle World:

Just went and picked it up. Somehow I missed Dave's earlier post (Bowtie70SS Elcamino is in there as well.)

My Chevelle is in there and a pic of the engine compartment to the left, but the caption next to it is messed up. I'll scan it tonight and post it up.

Glad to see one of us guys is getting some good press time. I have only been printed up once in the Good Guys mag last year.

Good going !

Here's a scan of my car in Super Chevy November issue.

I think they switched up the caption for the orange car and my engine pic to the left.

For my Truck Access panel, it was about 9" x 12"...

The Racetronix kit used a Walbro 255 pump and yes the wiring kit has more than enough wire to work out with a extra foot or two. A 94-95 Caprice/Impala is much longer that a Chevelle. I was able to route it in and around the frame from front to rear with more than enough.

I just hooked the racetronix B-Body Impala hotwire harness to my alternator and ran it to the back. Then ran the fuel pump wire from the LS1 PCM and everything is working fine. The harness is a little long like bczee said.

Congrats Bro! I had a blast burning the midnight oil and riding to Chevellabration! Next time that car is in a mag I want to see some of those N2O noids under the hood.

do you have the part number for the walbro kit you used?
did you use any of the fbody harness to run fans or widebands?

It is the racetronix kit for a Impala SS: http://www.racetronix.biz/customkiti...c=RFPK-004&eq=

F-body PCM and harness control the fan. It's a negative switch wire IIRC.
I have 2 narrow bands for the PCM (I removed the rear pair) and my widebands are separate FJO Racing controlled and not tied to the PCM.

i was trying to find a pic of your upper control arms i just recieved my SPC arms stage 2 plus. and i read in the instructions you can run the upper ball joint on either side of the plate. ive always installed the bolt in kind from the top. i was wondering what you went with? i have no upper control arms at all any more im going to eyeball it close before i align it. did u remove your oem upper bump stop? and the rubber hose part is an extension of the round boot? i thought it was to keep it from rattleing in the package.

If you have the stage II+ then I would just bolt them in through the top, so the ball joint is sitting on top of the control arm. I have mine under the control arm, but I only have the stage II I think the plus has a slightly taller upper joint.

I am not running any bumpstops on the front. Haven't had a problem with the spring/shock combo I have.

The rubber hose on the ball joint shaft keeps the dust boot pressed up over the ball properly. Those stay on the ball joint shaft when you bolt them in. If you don't have a ball joint tool/spreader tool then look back some posts in here and see the one I made from a couple bolts and a coupler. DO NOT hit these ball joints with a hammer, use the proper tool to pop them loose. Don't ask me how I know.

Just started getting it ready for Chevellabration this year. My trans had a drip from the tailshaft bushing so I just pulled it out for some work. Planning on building a new transmission crossmember so I can redo the exhaust for more ground clearance. Then I'm waiting for the sway bars I ordered for my bday. Hellwig decoupled rear bar and a new hollow front bar. I'll get some pics up as I go.

I really wish I could get mine on the road before CB10 because I would love to go head to head on the autocross with you again. I think if I would have had some rubber on the Elcamino I could have at least tie you LOL. I am curious about the Hellwig stuff and all I have is the stock 1 1/4 front sway bar and 7/8 rear. I am glad to see every time this thread pops up to the top again.

Dave
