Figured I would ask here 1st, sense most have to rework there wire harness,s for conversions ect.
Looking for some high quality wire harness protection.
Some call it convolated tubing, I am sure there are other names as well. Any Idea who has a selection of high quality stuff, with options for the larger size,s. Local auto parts stores only carry the small size 1/2 or so. Which I have found not to to hold up to well.
Also would like to find the wrapping tape which dose not unwrap after time like normal black electrical tape will do.

We carry it where I work, but we're not a retail outlet -- we're an industrial maintenance supply house with route salesmen. If you can't find it anywhere else though, I can probably buy it myself and ship some to you. We have sizes up to 1 inch in 50ft. or 100ft. bundles, black only of course (large maintenance shops don't care about ricing out their equipment)

Nope, no link for info, and I don't think we carry the tape.
Have you checked with our wiring harness sponsors (Speartech, American AutoWire, etc.)? I'm sure they have plenty of this stuff too, and they'd be a lot easier to order from. Likely cheaper too, our prices are kinda high.

If you shrinkwarp doesn't make the the harness hard and not flexable?

more weatherproof, compact, etc.. 3M sells it in 100ft rolls, the harnesses look super clean when shrinkwrapped.

Keep in mind there are a couple of grades of split loom. There's the cheap stuff that Harbor Freight sells (low temp non UV protected) and there's the automotive grade stuff.
I got mine at McMaster-Carr (online order, http://www.mcmaster.com ). The nylon is the higher temp stuff. The cheap stuff will turn white and get crumbly pretty darn quick.

I made a good discovery yesterday. I got 100' of 1/2" and 3/8" split wire loom for $17 and $14 for 100 feet of Each size FROM FASTENAL. They had to order it from the Hub so I got hit with shipping but it was $44 for 100 feet of each size. Got a 50 pack of the Pico harness clips for $22 on Amazon.
Just thought I'd pass the info on.....
