TBW pedal assembly
I'll be putting an '05 5.3L using an '04 computer and harness into my 68 chevy pickup. I'm doing some research for what to do about the whole throttle body/drive by wire "problem"
I think I'd like to just use the throttle by wire, but where do I get the pedal assembly? Is there a company that sells this, or should I find a used one from a wrecked truck? Also, what all is needed besides the pedal assembly?
Also, I heard that an Express Van of the same years still uses a cable and retains the same pinouts on the ECM. Does anyone have an '04 Express Van wiring diagram? I can get most others, but only the CNG express van is available????
Oh, I did some searching and didn't find these specific answers.

I am putting a 6.0l into my '70 Impala and I am keeping the DBW set up: along with the pedal, you also need the TAC module (small black box) and the short harness linking the 2. All this should come from the same vehicle as the computer.

You're going to need the pedal out of a corvette because it is stepped further away from the firewall. I also had to make a custom braket to mount it to get it far enough away so that it would go to 100% full throttle. Originally I got a pedal from a truck and there isn't anyway without making a HUGE adapter bracket that it would work.

Good deal. I had to cut my metal pedal lever and make a new one from angle iron. Lots of grinding to shape it right. Then weld it back on at right angle to clear tunnel and still be comfy on the ankle, and of course still be able to go full throttle. lots of times, over and over....Good luck with yours.

As soon as it sells I got about $4000 worth of suspension/drivetrain parts to buy. Untill then not much is happening.
