thanks man!

update, upgraded to a new GTS 78 turbo from the TC78

it was a step from a 68mm turbine to a 75mm turbine to give me some headroom

the compressor cover was a fair bit larger but just barely fit

.
.
.
.

Got the IC plumbing all done, really like how it turned out.

3" aluminum, only two couplers

Glad to see you upgraded, did you get it new? Why not the precision billet 76?

yeah i will dig back and get you some

got it all together and running

all i can say is that thing is going to be nasty now with that converter and transbrake

converter is tight but i can still light up the new turbo to full boost like nothing with the brake

muffler isn't hooked up yet, so that is why it is so loud

got the fans done

didn't quite have the depth to fit a taurus fan so i got a dual setup off of summit

worked out great, my core size is 24x16 and these where 23.5x16 with a little trimming on top

anyway, made this little deal and then it bolted to the radiator just right

got some pics of the cage, I guess i have never done any cage work ever, but i like the way this turned out

I can't believe what a cage will do to the chassis, I have always heard it stiffens them up but i can't believe how much

i can jack on one front corner now and three corners come up very easily, never was like that before

DOM material, SW kit that got worked over quite a bit

thanks!

made a super special bracket for the BC, haha

did cause I can't get to it like before with the compressor clocked like this now

Hallman must have a ridiculous anodizing system..... i welded it on there and it didn't discolor anywhere, usually anodizing has always discolored in the near area of welding for me

That is the compressor side, it shouldn't get that hot.

ok have a few projects because it is supposed to snow again

hood dampers
add another muffler
sump the tank
add an electric cutout in the front fender

First i bought the cheap ebay set of dampers....... didn't like how they worked; they didn't open the hood nearly enough for my liking, and they made the hood bow at the rear because of where the gas spring pressure was being applied

So went to my hook up and John Deere and got a couple the length i wanted with the force i wanted

i changed where the little brackets mounted and TIG'd them to the hood arm so they didn't move all gay like

turned out great, can't believe i finally got it done........ i got rid of the stops on the hinges so that it opens WAY up now

next is a tank sump

I don't know who undercoated this car but it is ridiculous, stuff is so thick it makes a mess taking it off anywhere

shot some bedliner stuff on there when i was done, not done with redoing the pump mounting and plumbing

next is a muffler, adding another 14" magnaflow upstream of my current one, doing this to make it even more quiet

I just like going from sounding like nothing to pist off when the gates open

and last is a cutout right off the turbo to the front fender..... working on that

did some more today

here is the start to the cutout

I plan to go from that Vband the rest of the way down to the cutout and out the fender with aluminum

will 16 gauge be fine or will i need something like 11? anyone?

and then did the pump mount, you can see in the one pic where the second muffler went
