I took that pic at 11:30 last night! Saturday I plan to put a permit on it, get it emissions tested, and [hopefully] put plates back on it for the first time since Oct 2006. Geez I didn't realize how long this has taken until I just typed that date....

No not at all. Time flies. Where are you going to go when you get it officially back on the road? I was under the impression you've been driving this car for a while, but I guess I was assuming incorrectly. Are you going to do some autocross or road course with it?

On the ground, ready to drive. Except.. the ******* thing won't fire. Cranks forever, gets good fuel pressure, proper injector pulse, MAP sensor reads maxed out. I have a hard time believing the MAP sensor went screwy since the last time I drive it and it was working fine. Going to go hunting for grounds, but this goddamn thing is really starting to **** me off. Could also be a bad PCM since I'm not getting a MIL light, tach, or speedo outputs from the PCM.

I had the same thing happen to me once...I had a wire that chaffed that was causing the car to not start all the time...and I had one wire that was loose in a crimp connector that would cause the car to back fire...

Is this the same problem you were having before when you were tuning it?

Only happened once. Was driving, **** went super rich, turned it off. HPtuners scanner confirmed injectors were flowing high because MAP reading was 193kpa. Did a Reflash Write and it was fine after. Now, despite Quick Write or Write Entire, it still reads maxed MAP pressure. With the MAP sensor disconnected it reads 90kpa. Something has always been suspect with the setup because none of my gauges that are hooked up to the PCM pin outs read anything. MIL light test doesnt work, speedo doesn't work, tach doesn't work. In HPtuners tho, tach/speedo read and display accurately. I wonder if there's some circuit that at some point got fried and it's contributing to a spotty ground for the MAP sensor as well as not letting the gauge outputs work. *****.

Check your input voltage to your map sensor. It should be 5v. If it isn't, say its higher, it could be a bad Zener diode or you have a gauge that is putting battery voltage back through your sensor source circuit. If it keeps going max map that would indicate a high voltage output from that sensor (5v or higher). Come drink with me tomorrow night and we'll trouble shoot it Saturday.

Also, if you are using the beta version of hp tuners, check your parameters for the map sensor as they are fully adjustable and may have defaulted to stock range.
