Default Would these tires fit in my 03 Z06? 315/35/17
275/40/17 for the fronts and
315/35/17 for the backs

my car is stock,

The fronts would, you need 18's for the back though.

yes they will fit. I run 315/30/18 in the rear of my C5 and havent had any issues. I run them on a 10.5 rim btw...the smallest width bfg recommends their 315.

Rears wouldn't fit because has a larger brake caliper than the Front? They are 17 all around

Yes,...we've run that setup back in 2002 on a 02 Z06. Good easy setup. Good chance to get some good 17 inch meats on the car, that doesn't cost billions of dollars.

It'll hook real nice with a good tire.

He said his car is stock, meaning the car has 18" wheels on the back. How is he gonna fit those on a 18" wheel? He didn't say anything about having 17" wheels on the back, it says "my car is stock"....

when I say stock, it means it doesn't have a larger brake kit than stock!

I am not putting the tires on 18" wheels obviously, tires are already on 17" ZR1 wheels.

I misunderstood, but being this is the Corvette section and you said stock '03 ZO6....to me that means 18's at the rear.
