Default 1/4 times for a4 c5

I raced one the other day with an intake, and header back exhaust. Was curious as what these cars run with those mods. Thanks.

I know a stock c5 with 6spd will do about 13.1 stock. Dunno if this is newer c5 with ls6 intake or not.
auto would be slower....stock for stock.

It was a manual if it was a fixed roof..

High 12s @ 109 or so would be about right.

All FRC (fixed roof coupes) are manuals (unless of course it was swapped).
Your car should be in the high to mid 12s.

Then its not an FRC, was more curious about trap speeds, not E/Ts.

^^^Well, I know stone stock on average I've seen them trap at 103-108, varying a little on whether or not the car has 3.15's or 2.73's. So I think it would be pretty reasonable to say that the one you raced may be capable of trapping close to 110 if not slightly more if he has full bolt-on's.

I'll give you a lil run down of my mods/times with my 2001 C5
All passes done at atco raceway

oct 2010 when i had free mods and heavy c5 z06 motorsport wheels, i went 13.0 @107mph on a dead hooking 2.0 60' with 2.73 gears lol

nov 2010 vararam/muffler delete, aka straight pipes/tune with my "dragpack" (consisted of my stock 17" wheels with drag radials and gto spares with skinnies up front) my best was 12.23@111mph 1.86 60'. i trapped higher before but that was my best ET at the time for those mods

nov 2010 longtubes, off road x pipe, 160* stat, more tuning, slightly better DA
11.91@116mph 1.80 60'

nov 2010 added 3400 converter and shift kit 11.41@118 1.60 60'

the next few tenths came from 3.42 gears, fast 90/90 and re tune+ a lil weight reduction, better DA. current best in sig

Wow thanks alot man! Exactly what i was looking for. He had the same mods you have when you trapped 111 seems about right, since i beat him by a bit and i started behind him. Ended up pulling half a car by like 140ish

I had an intake, longtubes, no cats and a corsa exhaust.

I ran 12.8 @ 108 with DRs.
