Looks similar to a part on my Incon TT set-up.
One end takes the pressure reading from the intake behind the throttle body on the driver's side and then goes to the evap system.
The 3 ports on mine.... one goes to the boost guage, and the other two feed into each wastegate actuator telling them when they need to start bleeding off boost.
That's my guess. ~Joshua

This part goes in-line of the brake booster vacuum line. The part allows vacuum/pressure lines to be ran to waste gates, blow off valves, boost guages or fuel pressure regulators.
We have had experience with pieces that are from Vortech that fail due to heat. The piece from ATI Procharger is rather large and only has 2 ports.

We purchased five of them to keep in stock and they are very nicely machined in every aspect. We're very **** about those sort of details and they hit the mark with this product. Thank you Chad.
