I call BS also. CB/FTRA don't equate to 12.2 run unless you have suspension/extreme weight reduction however you aren't considered stock if that's the case.

i think it's possible, but highly unlikely. a lot of cars trap for 12.20s, as that isn't real hard to do, but getting them to launch is another story. my bolt-on auto stalled car went 12.2s with the same trap speed of my m6 ws6 with just a lid/flowmaster setup. but the ws6 is currently still a second slower haha.

He may have mods on his car that he's not aware of that's hidden: Torque converter if an A4, gears, sleeper cam, home ported heads, etc. He is the 4th owner, so it's VERY possible. In addition to that, he also has weight reduction.

Just guessed. my speedo right after the quater was at 120 so do a guess at what it was, the MPH didn't print out on my slip, but the vid proved it ran a 12.2 I stop watched it myself

Lol, that's a negative sir. The previous owner(s) may have kept the stock lid, exhaust and re-installed it and left the other mods when selling or trading in the car. I've seen this happen with pre-owned f-bodies ALOT. You don't know what's been done to that car, you being the 4th owner.
