Cam only M6 getting faster
Me and some good friends went to US41 last night with my cam only m6 to get some runs in with the 65 degday we had and some what good air. well we get there and they had a bad storm come in the night before and the time clocks were not working so after about ten passes with no clocks they got the clocks to work. So first pass with the clocks working i clicked off a 1.46 60 foot New P/B and a 7.19 1/8th at 94.91mph and a 11.29 1/4 mile at 121mph. This was my best pass ever on the clock i had some that were close with the clock broken but no times the rest of the passes were 11.35's. So know i really cant wait to try the 28 tire and 4.56 gearing. Cuz this was done on a 26m/t slick and 3.89 gear.
Adding the vid Here it is of my 11.29 with a 1.46 60

Nice run Rob! I was really suprised they actually sprayed to 660,and the surface was scraped. We had a great time last night ,the car count was very low,no one was pulling cars from the lanes.Basically just pull up when you were ready to run.

Very nice man. I am thinking about going with a 9" for my setup and I am really torn between 3.90's or 4.10's. My car is mostly a street car but I expect in good air to trap around the same mph you are. I will probably only run a 26" tire, btw what tires are you running and what is your suspension setup? How do you like the 3.90's for street driving, do you wish you had 4.10s or is the difference so small it does not matter. Thanks alot!

Really 4.10's or 4.30's over the 3.90's? You dont like the 3.90's for street use? My engine makes peak power around 6000 rpm and I shift at 6500 rpm. 4.30's seem way out of my range and would suck for daily driving.

damn nice pass. I am hoping to have my rear end in over x-mas and just got some wheels hope i can pull off some 60's like that dang. You seem to have a good 2x hp over me so maybe i will need a better intake/tb haha.
