Slow Times? 1/8 mile / A4 Trans Am
Normal for a stock car? 99 Trans Am A4/3.23 gears/LS1
E/T: 9.219
Trap: 79.49
60 Foot: 2.187
Every run was around the same time/trap. I was pretty much dead hooking also, I had it in 3rd on all of the runs.

Pretty close to what a stock car should run. Have you done all the basic tune up items? Plugs good? Wires? Fuel filter? What kind of gas are you running? Take any extra junk out of the car? Air filter good? What did you 60'? You should be a lot closer to 82-83 at the 1/8.

Plugs are new, MSD Wires, 93 octane. Air Filter was a oem paper one. 2.164 60'. I recently put a SLP Lid, K&N Filter, and Smooth Bellows on it. I'm getting the cats cut, and flowmaster exhaust put on then a tune tomorrow. I'm going to check the fuel filter, but I am guessing I have to drop the tank?

No, fuel filter is just inside the frame rail by the driver's side rear tire. Don't put the blowmaster exhaust on it. Are you sure all the wires are on? The MSD's don't "click" like a factory wire, or at least mine don't. Have you done the free ram air mod?

Have not done the free ram air mod, and I will go make sure they are on, and I was planning on doing the filter soon I just thought it was in the tank like all my other cars.

Just ran my car at the track in 90+ degree heat half a tank of 87 a dirty airfilter... bone stock ran a 9.05 @80.5mph and a 2.11 60 ft
I need to do plugs and wires a new fuel filter the car has been sitting since the last owner only put 1500 miles on it in 3 years

Even without knowing the DA, I'd say a little slow. My 2000 formula ran 8.70s at 82-83 mph bone stock in Florida August weather. Granted I was also going 2.06 on the 60 foots and that adds up as you go down the track.
